Cardcaptor Sakura: Production Information

Overview:
Cardcaptor Sakura was created by the well-known manga artists called CLAMP. The anime was serialized in a girl's monthly magazine, Nakayoshi around June 1996. It is a 70-episode TV animation series and aired during 1998 - 2000 in Japan completing the 3 seasons of the series.

The first movie was premiered in the summer of 1999. Finally, the second movie was aired in Japan in July 2000. Having three seasons of the series with two movies makes this an anime for everyone.
