Things needed to be considered before we go
- Your site can be related or dedicated to the anime Cardcaptor Sakura or Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. Sites not related on the said requirement will not be acknowledge or tolerated.
- Your site must be have its own originality, fair amount of content, and particularly the presentation of your layout. We will be picky on these concepts.
- Your site musn't contain such concepts that contains inappropriate views (ie. pornography, nudity, gambling, etc...)
- You cannot apply already as our Sibling. This concept will be only tolerated unless we think you are deserving to become one of them.
NOTE: We decide whether you are deserving to become one of them.
- Lastly, we must like your site that's gonna suit to our taste.
